- Enter the annual rate as a percentage (e.g., 5 for 5%) — the formula converts to a per-period rate internally.
- Time is in years; fractional years (e.g., 2.5) work as you'd expect.
- Continuous compounding is the limit as n → ∞ and equals P·e^(r·t); use 365 for a daily approximation.
- Periodic-contribution support (deposit $X each period) isn't implemented in this build; principal is treated as a lump sum.
