Operations

Kolomnummers beginnen bij 1. Bewerkingen lopen van boven naar beneden; nummers verwijzen naar de huidige stap.

Conversie van waarden en datums staat standaard uit. Waarden normaliseren zet ook 1/0 om in true/false.

  • Remove leading and trailing spaces from cells.
  • Choose case style and deduplicate header names.
  • Verwijdert alleen volledig lege rijen en kolommen.
  • Select columns to treat as a unique key.
  • Verwijdert BOM; onjuiste aanhalingstekens worden gemeld, niet geraden.
  • yes/no → true/false; NA/null → empty or explicit null.
  • Zet tijdstempels met expliciete offset om naar UTC. Losse datums, onduidelijke en ongeldige waarden blijven behouden.
  • Infer int/float/bool/date/string per column.
  • Literal or regex across columns.
  • Split by delimiter or merge with a template.
  • Hide or reorder columns before export.
  • See row errors with reasons and export a report.

Hoe te gebruiken

  1. Drop or paste your CSV in the input area.
  2. Check delimiter, encoding, and whether the first row has headers.
  3. Toggle any operations you need under the Operations tab.
  4. Click Clean CSV to process in your browser.
  5. Review the Preview and Issues tabs; download the issues report if needed.
  6. Export the cleaned CSV with your preferred delimiter, line endings, and encoding.

Do you upload my CSV?

No. All processing happens locally in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.

How are delimiter and encoding detected?

Delimiter is inferred from sample frequency/consistency; encoding uses BOM heuristics with UTF‑8 default. You can override both.

Will the output work with Excel?

Yes. Choose CRLF line endings and Windows‑1252 or UTF‑8 as needed; you can also include headers.

Can it fix quotes and BOM?
